Our Programs

Finding Your Way to Yes


We use creative activities such as expressive journaling, poetry therapy and wellness practices to help you connect with your inner strength, process feelings and move towards your goals. 


In private sessions and workshops you can explore self-care techniques and learn mindfulness practices to help activate your body's natural relaxation response.  


Workshops featuring two or more participants are a great way to connect, make new friends and even celebrate special occasions. 


Programs are held virtually and in-person in the MD/DE area.
